130- Entrepreneur extends podcast show for new audiences and revenue

In this episode of The Struggling Biz, we deliver the actions of a podcast team to create a new podcast show — with the intent of monetizing the show in time, with quality for the targeted audience that is receiving the outreach of the VALUE to be delivered by the podcast episodes.

The new podcast show is called Grumpy Old Bears,

and it is going in the category of “techno-industrial” as the topics to be discussed will cover podcasting, the podosphere, the new media and social media spaces, as well as the lame-stream media.

And the driving factor for this is the attitude that a group of grumpy old bears would have in discussing these topics — especially the audio voice host of the show, Mr. Bear (complete name is Mr. Ted E. Bear):

Mr. Bear is now 35 years old, and he is grumpier than ever.

Mr. Bear will introduce the show, as well as do the outro and intro for the episodes. He will also introduce and turn over the discussion to the 2 show co-hosts (experienced podcasters) who are:

Matt Cox — experienced podcaster for 13 years with his current show of BrunchWithTheBrits.net; he has also been a co-host for 2030podcast.com; and
Fred — experienced podcaster since 2006 (over 15 years), who had 16 podcast shows at the same time in 2011, and who currently has podcasts today of TheStrugglingBiz.com, PodcastReporter.com and 2030podcast.com.

Since Matt and Fred do listen to two other podcasts that bring relevant and truthful discussion with no censorship to the podosphere — No Agenda Show with Adam Curry and John C. Dvorak and Grumpy Old Bens with Ryan Bemrose and Darren O’Neill.

Now, the new show will start by delivering VALUE to the audience in the topics and discussion they bring to the podosphere. And after growing the possible and targeted audience, the podcast show of Grumpy Old Bears will make the attempt of monetizing the show — using the VALUE-FOR-VALUE model.

So, we wish well for this new long-term entrepreneurial venture to be successful in both delivering value to the audience, as well as finally receiving value in terms of monetary donations to the show.
