In this episode of The Struggling Biz, we deliver some thoughts and suggestions for entrepreneurs, small business owners and startups to help them grow their business and run a profitable system. We do so by referring you to the podcast called Impact by Jason Van Orden. And although this is a podcast, the content for his strategies provide evergreen content that you (as an entrepreneur) need to be aware of to keep yourself on a path to success.
In an episode dated 19March2021, we have Jason describe for over 30 minutes the strategies he suggests for growing your business and have lifetime customers provide a great vehicle for your growth and profitability.
In summary, the three key strategies he proposes are:
- Customer lifetime value;
- Getting more leads for creating prospects;
- Zoom out to review the landscape and then focus into the areas which you need to apply resources.
Now, I have known Jason Van Orden since 2006, and I have read his publication about podcasting in his book that he wrote in 2006. The title of his book was “Promoting your Podcast: the ultimate guide to building an audience of raving fans.” His style of focusing on the important aspects of the business world are very intriguing, and they still apply today.
Jason gives very detailed examples of what the strategies can do for the overloaded entrepreneur, as well as hints to increase your leads and turn them into paying customers — which can then become your lifetime customers and provide the value you need for your business.
