97- Entrepreneur success story — the key is relationships

Struggling Biz

In this episode of The Struggling Biz, we deliver case studies for proof of concept and proof of success. In summary, we discuss the importance of relationships in not only acquiring business from others, but also KEEPING and GROWING your business with the same formula that strengthens relationships with your potential and actual clients.

As you will hear in this audio episode, there are the case studies that are part of my business history which I offer as proof points:

  • Relationships to strengthen the platform for a services business and commitment;
  • Delivery of your value to gain commitment by over-delivering proof of concept and other NEEDED (not just wanted) solutions.

The first case study deals with developing relationships from earlier times in your life — be it during schooling and/or education — and following up on delivering the best possible services and the best quality for cementing the faith of your client and gaining commitment from him; and

The second case study deals with creating relationships of credibility, quality, timeliness and background by providing the prospect with exceptional proof-of-concept deliverables (at no cost — not a single penny) to show the client what to expect with results for meeting his needs for your services (and not just expected WANTS from popular demand).

The examples are given in a stream-of-consciousness histories of the facts to provide you with winning strategies that have worked for this entrepreneur — and which may work for you, should you want to incorporate these types of models in your small business or startup or entrepreneurship.

We hope that you enjoy these stories, as we can all digest some lessons learned, so that our own journeys may benefit from this type of sharing from other entrepreneurs.

Thank you for your attention.
